- Manage and grow the Business Systems Technology team through strong collaboration amongst leaders and business partners.
- Business Systems Technology with Sales Cloud ,PMP & Saas experience
- Provide strategic direction for technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system documentation, including support processes, data, functionality, procedures, and security protocols.
- Negotiate and manage vendors, including SLAs, to ensure optimal service delivery to the organization.
- Oversee the integration of business systems to ensure connected data flows and interoperability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Business Systems Technology team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in system management.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and gaps, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
