Job Summary

The Director, Hub and Patient Support Services leads the development of strategies to support business specific needs, in alignment with the UroGen’s market access and patient services approach to the market. Responsible for consistently working to create an improved customer experience of programs to better meet the provider and customer needs. The Director is the point person for UroGen’s hub and Patient Support Programs and will work closely with the Market Access Management team, brand and sales leadership as well as the broader UroGen organization.


Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, management, and continuous improvement of the hub and Patient Support Services for UroGen’s entire product portfolio
• Responsible for developing and implementing launch plans and executions for all program access and affordability offerings needed to support patient strategy
• Ownership of development of specific program analytics, metrics and dashboards to ensure organizational transparency of programs
• Responsible for the development of novel strategies to achieve brand objectives and aligned with UroGen’s approach to the market
• Ensure exceptional customer experience of hub programs to exceed customer expectations
• Responsible to shape short- and long-term plans to optimize opportunities considering competitive insights and future trends
• Provides recommendations to brand of operational changes, cost implications and plans to solve market challenges
• Lead cross functional team in developing and designing compliant access and affordability programs and stakeholder-centric tools to support appropriate provider, caregiver, and patient access to our products
• Collaborates closely with brand teams and Market Access Leadership Team to develop and present access support strategies based on specific products and/or brand needs
• Effectively integrates a variety of advanced approaches to analyze, interpret, and manage complex data
• Ensure Organizational Training, communications and compliance as needed to ensure strong understanding of Hub and Patient Services value proposition as well as appropriate positioning with customers


List of qualifications

• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical or relevant experience and a history of strong performance
• Candidate must demonstrate strong strategy, innovation, collaboration and analytical skills as well as excellent overall business acumen
• Strong understanding of pharmacy and medical benefit process and the needs of patients and provider to understand access from payers
• Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically
• Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel. Builds effectives teams that work well across functions and groups
• Advanced communication and presentation skills required
• Experience leading and managing people and project teams with or without direct report authority
• This position requires occasional travel for required meetings, training, etc.


Education:

  • BA or BS degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
