Make a Difference in a Dynamic Production EnvironmentWe're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Operators.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Precision Production: Manufacture polyimide tubing with meticulous care, ensuring each lot meets the highest standards for both product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct random final inspections and verify production materials to guarantee they meet all requirements before use.
  • Data Accuracy: Collect and report customer data as needed, following precise procedures to maintain excellence.
  • Customer-Focused Manufacturing: Read and interpret customer drawings with accuracy, ensuring that every detail is delivered as specified.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with solid math skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, and machine troubleshooting is a plus. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Physical Ability: Must be capable of frequently lifting up to 70 lbs, working in varying temperatures, and performing tasks requiring fine motor skills. Excellent near vision is critical for spotting defects.
