Job Description:

The Customer Care Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks and provide support to the Customer Care Department. This role is crucial for managing office operations, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring the department meets its performance goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Serve as a backup CSR, handling occasional calls and communicating with clients.
  • Act as the main contact for office vendors, ensuring service delivery and resolving issues.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Handle inbound and outbound mail and shipments.
  • Manage multiple centralized email inboxes for the Customer Care Department.
  • Assist with daily reporting and follow-ups.
  • Track and report on service levels for new customer setups and support credit and rebill processes.
  • Provide administrative support for ERP and CRM systems.
  • Assist with order processing, including communication with customers and internal teams from order entry to billing


Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative AND customer service roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and order management.
  • Knowledge of ordering supplies, vendor and customer communication, and managing email correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and basic Excel skills.


Additional Details:

  • Type/Length of Assignment: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
  • Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Hybrid Schedule: Remote on Mondays and Fridays, In Office Tuesday- Thursday
  • Dress Code: Business casual
  • Onboarding: Background check and drug screening required
