Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Assist customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing insurance-related information in both English and Spanish.

Inbound Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing customer concerns and queries effectively.

Premium Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy changes, and premium payments.

Policy Guidance: Educate customers on available insurance options, helping them choose the policies that best suit their needs.

Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for additional services.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about insurance regulations, industry trends, and company updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.


Requirements

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage. Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services is desirable. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and provide empathetic customer support. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing client accounts. License: Property and Casualty license or Personal lines license is required. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in all interactions. Location: Must be able to work onsite at our Scottsdale, Arizona office.
