Compensation: $53k to $56k - Eligible for a quarterly bonus based on specific milestones and metrics. This is a salaried position is paid weekly.

The Pool Service Manager position at Patriot Pool and Spa is an office-based management role, focused on serving our customers and techs through excellent communication and management skills.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee a group of 20-25 pool techs.
  • Resolve all customer complaints/issues.
  • Coordinate and optimize routes.
  • Interview new hires. and make staffing decisions with pool techs.
  • Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
  • Providing weekly service bids.
  • Check trucks for cleanliness and routine maintenance.
  • Assist with inventory, staging, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the route-based services industry. Experience as a Pool Tech preferred.
  • 1-year managerial experience.
  • 3+ years of verifiable driving history, and clean driving record.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Dependable and adaptable to the ongoing needs of employees and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
