Compensation: $55 to 60k - Eligible for a quarterly bonus based on specific milestones and metrics. Salaried position - paid weekly.

Are you ready to move out of the field and into the A/C? Use your knowledge of pool repair to train up the next generation of Pool Repair Techs

Duties:

  • Scheduling and routing a team of residential/commercial repair technicians.
  • Estimating and pricing diagnostic and break-fix repair jobs.
  • Managing the ordering and inventory of supplies and parts through several local suppliers.
  • Utilizing multiple systems (software) to track jobs from initiation through completion and invoicing. (TSP, ION, QB)
  • Effectively lead and motivate others through coaching, mentoring, etc.
  • Ability to problem-solve issues with practical solutions.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
  • Previous scheduling, dispatching, and service management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation.
  • Excellent team player with a commitment to company values.
  • Ability to develop an increase in revenue through Selling / Upselling the Value-Add concept.
  • 1-year managerial experience.
  • 3+ years of verifiable driving history, and clean driving record.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
