We are currently seeking a Pool Technician. If you feel this position resonates with your experience, skills, and aspirations, we strongly encourage you to take the next step.

Salary: Competitive weekly pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform water testing and adjust chemicals as necessary
  • Clean skimmers and pump strainer
  • Vacuum pools and eliminate debris from the bottom
  • Brush steps, walls, and tiles, as well as remove surface debris
  • Inspect pool equipment
  • Backwash filters
  • Maintain a record of tasks completed
  • Effectively communicate with team members and clients via email and messaging platforms
  • Manage chemical, parts, and supply inventory as required

Requirements:

  • Capability to work outdoors throughout all seasons
  • Successful completion of a background check prior to employment
  • Valid Driver's License with 3 years of clean driving history
  • Reliability and integrity
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new procedures
  • Safe handling of pool chemicals
  • Capacity to work autonomously and organize tasks efficiently
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues
  • Physically able to lift and move objects weighing up to 100 pounds
