Our maintenance team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally to meet production schedules. Our Maintenance technicians/mechanics are respected “Jack of All Trades” team members, repairing and maintaining a variety of packaging, meat processing, and labeling equipment. If you are a creative problem-solver with a safety mindset, we want to talk with youRESPONISIBILITIES:
  • Repair and maintain all machinery as assigned.
  • Assist in the training of full-time employees in the proper, safe, and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Work with Department Manager in problem areas to reduce downtime, product waste, and inefficiencies.
  • Accurately complete Preventative Maintenance tasks as scheduled.
  • Adhere to Company established policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • General knowledge of robotics operation and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of lubrication methods and application of products.
  • Ability to perform hydraulic system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Must safely and properly use hand and power tools and understand machine shop practices.
  • Must possess the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Ability to perform electrical maintenance, consisting of installation and troubleshooting.
  • Must possess an understanding of electronics, programmable controllers, single phase, and 3 phase.
  • Must demonstrate the willingness to adapt and apply new technology and methods. Willingness to receive training to keep knowledge current.
  • Ability to TIG weld various metals.
  • General knowledge of how poly film machines operate, and ability to troubleshoot the machine.
  • Safety mindset.
