Job Summary:

The IT Help Desk Associate is a key member of Titanium Healthcare’s growing IT team. The role involves providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that IT services and infrastructure run smoothly. As a trusted representative of Titanium’s IT team, the Help Desk Associate maintains a positive customer service experience for all Titanium team members, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently and courteously.


Essential Functions:

  • Serve as point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
  • Manage, document and track IT support tickets using the company’s ticketing system.
  • Provide timely and effective support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, mobile devices, printers, desktops, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals (onboarding)
  • Escalate complex issues as needed and provide detailed analysis of issue
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and system configuration records.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment (patch Mangement, system updates etc)
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all IT systems, especially in regards to Healthcare Information Technology.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and deactivating user accounts and equipment.
  • Provide support for remote employees and troubleshoot VPN, remote desktop, and other connectivity issues.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.


Position Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
    • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
    • Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g. HIPAA, HITECH) as they relate to Healthcare Information Technology.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
