Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Care: Show care for our customers' homes by being cautious, considerate, and tidy during all painting projects.
  • Surface Protection: Cover surfaces with drop cloths, plastic, and thorough masking to protect from overspray and ensure a clean work environment.
  • Transport and Handling: Handle cabinet doors and components for transport to and from job sites, ensuring they are properly reassembled.
  • Surface Preparation: Prep surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage to achieve a top-notch finish.
  • Application: Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns, exceeding client expectations with a flawless result.
  • Maintenance: Keep painting equipment, tools, and safety gear in good condition, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience painting cabinets, trim, or similar finishes is a MUST.
  • Skills: Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with different paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
  • Process Adherence: Ability to follow our detailed painting process to ensure successful projects.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Licensing: Driver's license, clean record, and personal vehicle required.

Additional Considerations:
  • Experience in carpentry, kitchen renovation, or fixture installation is a plus but not required.
