Job Description: HR Recruiter


Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for utilizing in house programs to attract and connect with potential candidates and coordinating the hiring process through onboarding and orientation.


Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

In-Office position


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding employment practices and recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Create and maintain employee records.
  • Assist with creating, maintaining, and implementing job descriptions.
  • Review and complete new hire onboarding.
  • Coordinate and present new hire orientation as needed.
  • Other administrative HR responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • At least (1) year of HR Recruiting, preferred
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS and talent management system, preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as employee relations practices and principles, preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
