Job Title: Part-Time HR Recruiter


Job Type: Part-Time


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, working with hiring managers, and assisting with various hiring and onboarding processes. The HR Recruiter will report directly to the HR Manager and will play a key role in maintaining effective hiring practices and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Feedback Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to provide feedback on potential candidates and help assess their fit for open positions.
  • Pre-Screening: Conduct initial pre-screening of potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the roles.
  • Job Postings: Assist in posting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Onboarding: Help with sending onboarding paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed.
  • Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for new hires, including documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Offboarding: Support offboarding processes as needed, including handling necessary paperwork and exit procedures.


Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders
  • Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite Workspace
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS and talent management systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and employment laws
