Summer Internship Job Description

Position: Sales samples Processing Intern

Location: 12 N Wentworth Ave Londonderry NH

Organization: Foxx Life Sciences

Compensation:

Department: Sales

Number of Openings: 1

Duration: April 1st to Aug 15th

Time Requirements: Monday to Friday 3:00pm-5:00pm

Required Academy: Any GPA

Desired: 2.5

Start Date: April 1st

The duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for putting together samples to be shipped.

• Deliver, pick up and move supplies.

• Handle paperwork involved in the sample request.

• Assist in organizing sample shelfs, trade show samples and engineering samples

• Responsible for all new samples sent from the Warehouse and for distributing them to the designated area on the mezz.

• Assists in moving, relocating, and/or clearing out samples.

• Perform a daily safety check of the sample area.

• Maintain good relations with all sales staff personnel, by updating them on samples not found and what can be substituted, if a sample has shipped providing tracking.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must be able to lift, move and/or otherwise handle boxes weighing as much as 50-100 pounds on a continuous basis.

• Must be able to read and write legibly, complete simple math computations, and follow verbal directions
