Compensation:

$100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties within Wilmington and its neighboring areas.
  • Perform thorough market analysis and research to determine property values, competitive prices, and market trends.
  • Provide clients with guidance on effective marketing and selling strategies for their properties.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and guide them through negotiations and contract processes.
  • Oversee the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Offer top-notch customer service, exceeding client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a network of clients and prospects through various marketing and lead-generation activities.
  • Stay updated on current real estate trends, regulations, and laws to offer well-informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:

  • To be considered for this position, you must possess an active real estate license specifically in North Carolina.
  • Previous work experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role is a mandatory requirement.
  • Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of the Wilmington real estate market, including neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and market trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential skills for this role.
  • The capability to build strong connections with clients and understand their unique needs is a crucial aspect of this position.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales objectives is necessary, showcasing a highly driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in utilizing real estate CRM software and other relevant tools is expected.
  • Flexible availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is a key requirement for this role.
