Compensation:$100,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
- Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
What is expected of our Agents?
- Grow your practice for yourself Not by yourself
- Provide solutions to addressing client's need; protection and income solutions
- Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
- Educate clients on how to plan for their financial future so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter
- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve and protect their long-term financial goals
- Cultivate relationships with clients and Network to expand your referral base.
- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
- Have a clear focus on client needs through a discovery, fact-finding process resulting in trust and continuity of community over time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
- Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
- Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life”
- Strong business acumen
- Professional business demeanor
- Perseverance in the face of a challenge
- Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts
- Integrity is a must
- College degree preferred but not required.
