Call potential Clients from warm lead
Transfer live call to sales agent
Provide excellent communication by phone, email and text
Maintain accurate records of call activity and client interactions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance regulations.
Requirements
No License required, but promotion offered to top performers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Coachable and open to feedback.
Ability to follow scripts and improvise quickly
Highly motivated and driven.
Sales experience preferred
