As a Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of various production projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication between different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of production operations.

Responsibilities:


  1. Project Coordination:

    • Coordinate and schedule production activities, including but not limited to, filming, editing, and post-production processes.
    • Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to develop and maintain production schedules.
    • Ensure all resources, equipment, and personnel are available and allocated appropriately for each project.
  2. Communication and Liaison:

    • Procure and maintain production equipment, props, and supplies as needed.

    • Generate reports on project progress, budget allocation, and resource utilization for management review.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline production workflows.
