Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator at TRS Craft Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our prefabrication activities. Your responsibilities will include managing raw materials for production, utilizing inventory management systems, and ensuring the accuracy of stock levels. We seek an individual who possesses a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pneumatic tools
  • Accurately cut raw materials using band saws
  • Prepare materials for CNC manufacturing processes
  • Conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Document all warehouse operations with precision
  • Utilize inventory management systems for tracking purposes
  • Collaborate with team members for timely material deliveries
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory
  • Adhere to safety protocols while using machinery
  • Maximize storage efficiency within the warehouse
  • Engage in training sessions as required
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
