Summary:

We are looking to hire an entry-level Help Desk Technician to join our Service Desk team to provide outstanding customer support.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support to customer by listening, asking questions, researching, and troubleshooting to resolving workstation issues
  • Thoroughly document updates, progress, and resolutions for all tickets through closure
  • Improve customer knowledgebase by writing and maintaining documentation
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding the IT Service Desk goals as defined by the service level agreements
  • Assist co-workers in times of need to ensure everyone is successful and customer issues are handled timely
  • Communicate with your peers and other teams on major issues and escalate as needed
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and work towards implementation

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Windows 10 / 11
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 to include Teams and OneDrive
  • Understanding of Cisco VPN configuration and connection testing
  • Exposure to TeamViewer and/or other remote-control tools
  • Familiarity with MS Entra, Azure, Intune, and Active Directory

What You'll Need:

  • 4-Year Bachelor's Degree from a University - Preferred
  • Minimum of 2-Years Associate Degree from a Technical School
  • 0-2 Years IT Experience
  • Must have Organization and Time Management Skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Multi-Task across Work Streams
  • Eagerness to learn new skills
  • Ability to Work with Customers of all Technical Skill Levels.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment
  • Capable of making every Customer Experience Outstanding
  • Ability to bring positive energy and fresh ideas to the team
  • No Certification Required
