Job Title: Technology Deployment Analyst

About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Technology Deployment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for assessing business needs, planning and executing technology deployments, and providing on-going support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess business needs and develop technology deployment plans
• Execute technology deployments and provide on-going support and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Experience in an IT support role, including help desk and phone support
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing white-glove service
• Strong technical skills, with experience in technology deployment and maintenance
