Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking an experienced EEO Data Analyst with Federal Government Experience. The position requires the incumbent to have demonstrated working knowledge of Management Directive (MD-715) reporting, briefing senior leaders, performing data analysis, and leading work groups to do barrier analysis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Produce the analytical portion of the Management Directive (MD-715) and ensure that the annual report complies with the directive.
- Perform systemic investigations of the agencies practices, policies, and procedures in accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Management Directive (MD-715), to include conducting interviews of management officials, compiling and analyzing data and records, and preparing a report of findings for approval by the Director of the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (ODEEO).
- Perform identify and obtain evidence from all relevant sources and gather sufficient information to identity barriers to inclusion, and competition, to formulate recommendations for barrier elimination, and to compile a report outlining all findings and recommendations.
- Perform barrier analysis and support in accordance with the EEOC's Management Directive (MD-715).
Background and Experience:
- Must have advance/expert Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentations experience.
- Must have five (5) years' of Management Directive (MD-715) reporting experience.
- Strong analytical experience.
- Strong Barrier Analysis experience
- Strong written and verbal communications experience.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
