As a Setup Technician (also known as Machine Setup Specialist, Equipment Setup Technician), you'll operate, set up, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on various machines. You'll also be responsible for training new mechanics, adjusting knives, measuring and changing molds, locks, and hinges, and conducting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting. Your role will also include assisting technicians in performing setups on preheat machines and using a computer to identify priorities and shop machine efficiencies.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in machine setups for production runs.
