Weekend Caregiver/ Direct Support/ Adults with Disabilities

Caregiver/ Direct Support/ Adults with Disabilities
Must be at least 18 years old to work for Options
Various weekend hours available
People live in their own home in and around Madison, WI.
Experience is helpful, but paid training is provided.
Pay starts at $16.50/hr. Pay is higher in households requiring more support.
Possible shifts include:
7:00am-7:00pm; 11:00am-2:00pm; 8:00am-4:00pm; 3:00pm-9:00pm; 9:00am-10:00pm
You may assist with:
- Meals
- Cleaning
- Showering + hygiene
- Helping to use the bathroom
- Guidance through difficult emotions
- Activities
- Driving and participating in events
- Keeping the person safe
- Following the support plan
What we offer:
- Paid training starts at $16.50/hr
- Paid orientation at $16.50/hr
- A supervisor available 24/7
- A set schedule with options to pick up more hours
- Extra $2.50/hr when filling in
- Holiday pay
- Overtime pay
- Referral bonus
- Full-time benefits at 30+ hrs/week
