New Communities Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Madison, ME. As a DSP, you will provide direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, promoting independence and dignity in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a role model and support client independence
- Administer medication and assist with personal care
- Encourage clients to participate in recreational and social activities
