National Vision is currently looking for a Labor production Support Hybrid who is dedicated to joining our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part while contributing to an efficient workflow.

Job Description

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM.  Some Overtime

Pay Rate:  $22.00 - $27.00 DOE

Serves as an expert in recruiting candidates within the Salt Lake City Area.

Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on- line job fairs, community network events, etc.

  • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates..
  • Manages internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the recruiting process status.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.).
  • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance.
  • Coordinates associates Onboarding and conducts Orientation on new associate's first day of employment.
  • Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years lifecycle recruiting experience required
  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the lab, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure
  • Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Experience with managing a large pool of candidates/database.
