Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients to address inquiries, process policy changes, and assist with claims.
  • Policy Administration: Handle various policy-related tasks including policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience for our clients.

Requirements
  • License: Possession of Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Insurance Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex information with precision and accuracy.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software systems and MS Office suite.
