We are currently in search of an individual for the role of a Production Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, but not merely a checkbox mentality. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, challenge existing norms in processes and procedures, and embrace hard work and change—a collaborative, proactive, enthusiastic, customer-focused individual, who thrives on the intricacies of working in both office and warehouse settings.

 

Other required skills include:

  • Availability and ability to work eight (8) hour workday shifts, Monday through Friday;
  • Strong critical thinking abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, work styles, and a dynamic work environment;
  • Ability to accurately complete of projects/tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Exceptional organization, detail-orientation and self-motivation;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM;
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds; and
  • Possession of valid driver’s license, in good standing.
  • A background in construction is preferred, but not required.

 

This is an hourly role with an annual compensation range of $42K to $50K, along with a $2000 hiring bonus depending on skill level.
