THE POSITION
As a growth marketer at LendingTree, you will be part of a highly talented team passionate about helping customers save money through comparison shopping. We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, self-starting individual who understands the power and optimization of growth marketing. The ideal candidate understands the current digital marketing landscape and has a proven track record of creating and executing omnichannel marketing strategies.

You have hands-on digital marketing experience; you know what it takes to operate and optimize successfully and have a proven track record of optimizing digital channels to meet business goals. Your overall goal is to increase market share and maximize revenue and profitability for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize existing marketing and business strategies to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze and report marketing insights and performance to key stakeholders (including channel and business leads) with recommendations on next steps to strengthen business performance.
- Understand and regularly audit the competition, ensuring that our marketing strategies are best in class.
- Meet with sales to understand lender demand and pain points, working closely with marketing to help deliver the customers our lenders are looking for.
- Responsible for delivering on product ROAS goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, and content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence their roadmaps and help improve marketing performance.
Who you are:
- You're strategic: Growth marketing strategy is what makes you tick. You love diving into research and the unknown to help formulate strong omnichannel marketing strategies that level up performance and help the team achieve business success. At your core, you're a performance marketer always looking for ways to fuel outsized growth
- You're digital marketing obsessed: You have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and optimization tactics—you know the basics (ROAS, CPA).
- You're data-driven: You use data as the guiding light for your decision-making. You like diving deep into the numbers to understand performance and what is needed to keep pushing the ball forward.
- You're competitive: You love winning. Every day, you look for new ways to beat the competition. You are unwilling to fail and always find a way to move the needle.

- You're insatiably curious: You love learning. You run toward concepts you don't understand rather than shying away. You recognize assumptions and question them. You experiment, theorize, test, and learn; you immediately iterate and keep trying until you nail it.
- You're great at relationships: You're awesome at working with people and enjoy collaboration. You'll be able to grow and nurture relationships throughout the organization, focusing on bringing the team together to produce results.

COMPANY
LendingTree is the nation's largest online lending marketplace. That means we connect customers with multiple lenders, so they find the best deals on loans, credit cards, savings accounts and insurance. Our goal is to help people save money, and we believe the best way to do that is by giving them a way to shop for loans and compare lenders, so they make their best financial choices.
Our CEO Doug Lebda founded the company in 1996 after a frustrating house-hunting experience. In those days, we mostly helped people find good mortgage deals. Now, we help consumers find their best in personal loans, auto loans, business loans, student loans, credit cards, savings accounts, home equity loans and more.
What else you should know:
- We're a publicly-traded company (TREE).
- We've welcomed several other companies into the LendingTree family to augment our efforts at helping borrowers make their most sensible financial choices.
- We've built the LendingTree app and My LendingTree dashboard to give consumers tools to manage and monitor their financial health.
CULTURE
We're a fast-paced company with an entrepreneurial bend. We work hard and test our products often. We're collaborative, ambitious, candid and high-energy. Our teammates are some of the brightest, most talented people you'll ever work with. We care more about your smarts than we do about the kinds of clothes you wear (but please, do wear clothes to work), and we're pretty good about rewarding innovation, creativity and the knack for just getting stuff done (we even have an award for employees called the GSD, "Get Stuff Done").
Come work with us
LendingTree is the kind of company that not only promotes diversity and inclusion; we thrive because of these values. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion (or creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status.
