What You’ll Do:

  • Assess local market conditions, identify current & prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales and profitability/business plans
  • Manage accounts, develop new customers and maintain current customers
  • Direct all operational aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service and sales
  • Provide leadership, training and development for team members
  • Oversee branch financial management; analyze performance

To be successful, this position requires an individual with technical understanding of heating and plumbing (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required for Success:

  • Prior experience in the wholesale plumbing/heating/HVAC industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated successful management and sales abilities
  • Desire to succeed and be self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to function in Eclipse software
