Job Summary:

The Rustman Agency is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Remote Sales Representative. This is a full-time, commission-only position located in Austin,Tx. As an individual contributor, the Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position, with the potential for high earning potential based on performance. The Rustman Agency also offers performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling and networking
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and market research
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for growth
- Create and deliver sales presentations to showcase products and services to potential customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
