Job Duties:
  • Effectively and accurately semi-monthly payroll using ADP.
  • Assist with the collection and analyzation of HR data, such as turnover rates, employee
  • engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment, selection, onboarding of talent.
  • Assist with policy enforcement, including coaching, discipline, and offboarding.
  • Assist with the introduction and explanation of the employee benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Provide guidance to employees and leadership related to HR matters.
  • Assist with workforce management through attendance, scheduling, and staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive talent management efforts.
Background Profile:
  • Associates degree in Human Resources or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider experience in-lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • Proven experience with ADP, preferably, or other HRIS/Payroll system.
  • Confident working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
