Job Duties:

Effectively and accurately semi-monthly payroll using ADP. Assist with the collection and analyzation of HR data, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance metrics. Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Assist with recruitment, selection, onboarding of talent. Assist with policy enforcement, including coaching, discipline, and offboarding. Assist with the introduction and explanation of the employee benefits programs Maintain accurate employee records and files Provide guidance to employees and leadership related to HR matters. Assist with workforce management through attendance, scheduling, and staffing needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive talent management efforts. Background Profile:

Associates degree in Human Resources or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider experience in-lieu of degree. Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist Proven experience with ADP, preferably, or other HRIS/Payroll system. Confident working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
