Job Description

  • Maintain order and upkeep of executive suite – includes preparing for meetings and handling all supplies, correspondence, and other requests
  • Manage schedules, expenses, meetings and calendars for production executives
  • Participate and take notes for conference calls and function as an extension of the executive team – adding input and assisting where necessary
  • Collaborate with marketing team to generate social media posts, LinkedIn blogs, and website content for the studio
  • Brainstorm and execute ideas for new business including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc
  • Act as point of contact for Stamford community leaders and groups in regard to city events and Community Service projects, as well as off-site special events.
  • Other projects as assigned
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Self Starter who proactively seeks out tasks and opportunities for growth

Desired Characteristics:

  • Minimum 1 year of production experience or marketing experience in a TV setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
  •  Interest in daytime talk TV

Additional Requirements:

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from at Stamford Studios.
