Direct Reports: Retention Marketing Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing Associate, Digital Marketing Specialist
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on paid media, influencer marketing, SEO, and CRM/loyalty to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Review current channel mix and optimize for growth and efficiency, while testing into new channels to diversify and scale.
- Develop and manage the omnichannel CRM & Promotions calendar and work with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize based on customer insight, business needs, competition and analytics.
- Create and refine actionable audience targets and set measurable customer KPIs.
- Develop, forecast, and execute test plans to drive incremental revenue and build CRM playbook based on learnings.
- Establish rigorous A/B testing protocol to experiment, analyze, and deliver insights into all performance marketing initiatives.
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that ladder up to KPIs across the purchase funnel.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
- Leverage data and MarTech solutions to effectively measure channel performance and optimize to deliver target investment returns.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
- Present marketing performance reports to the executive team and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excitement and energy to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record leading paid acquisition campaigns and CRM strategies to grow D2C businesses.
- Experience managing and driving results through Influencers, affiliate, and SEO efforts.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinker who can derive actionable insights and build corresponding plans.
- Up to speed with growth techniques and best practices across all platforms.
- Inspiring leader with an ability to mobilize, supervise, and motivate diverse internal teams.
- Excitement and energy to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A drive to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- 12+ years of performance marketing experience including expertise across digital and offline channels for a DTC business.
