Your job duties include:

  • Scheduling meetings for buyers and sellers
  • Developing a prospect base and maintaining connections
  • Dealing with prospects in our client contact database
  • Establishing trust and a connection via phone to win their business
  • Acquiring and evaluating required information regarding buyer and seller prospects, and setting up appointments with qualified leads for sales agents.

We are searching for a person with a strong work ethic and resilience as the financial rewards will come gradually. This person should have an affinity for working in a team and has ambition to progress with us. If you are someone who loves to close deals over the phone, build relationships, and excel in forming strong rapport quickly, then this is the job for you.

Compensation:

$60,000

Responsibilities:

  • Generate twenty appointments each month
  • Connect clients with the right agents
  • Earn a base salary of $24,000 and a 5% gross commission
  • Utilize conversational techniques to illustrate the advantages of the team, and address any hesitations
  • Analyze potential customers to assess their suitability for meetings with agents
  • Follow up with leads in your database and quickly cultivate new accounts
  • Answer incoming sales queries and guarantee sales leads convert to appointments
  • Accurately ascertain customer's rivalry, motivation, and financial standing to present to the agents
  • Primary roles comprise of handling incoming sales leads, email communication, text, as well as the coordination and timing of buying and selling real estate.
Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proven ability to manage time and interact with people
  • Hold a valid US Drivers License and the capability to travel by vehicle
  • Have an Illinois Real Estate License
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise from having minimum 2 years of sales or related experience
  • Utilize or gain proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies used in the real estate industry
  • Possess problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Self-reliant and motivated
  • Memorize, internalize, and use scripts
  • Show respect to others with the utmost integrity
  • Demonstrate ambition to grow and/or be a leader
  • Specialize in setting and closing appointments by telephone
  • Utilize CRM software as part of the sales activity
  • Ability to thrive as part of a close-knit team where their contributions directly affect the company’s success
