Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team either on a full-time or part-time basis. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources operations for our company, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviewing, and orientation.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Preparing Certified Payrolls for clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience in Certified Payrolls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
