Location: Charlotte, NC (with projects in Southern Pines, NC; Asheboro, NC; Sanford, NC; Pinehurst, NC; Siler City, NC; Greensboro, NC; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; South Hill, VA)


Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in electrical construction supervision, particularly in hospital settings. This role requires a hands-on leader who can provide input and supervision of the BIM process and installation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide input and oversight of the BIM process and installation.
  • Ensure all projects meet safety standards, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of superintendent experience in electrical construction.
  • Extensive experience in hospital electrical projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available.


Salary Range:

  • $30 - $40 per hour
