The Superintendent will be tasked with overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that each is completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and demonstrate the ability to interpret its requirements.
  • Guarantee that all electrical installations comply with NEC standards, specifications, and relevant regulations.
  • Implement safety measures to mitigate risks on the job site.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are adhered to throughout the project.
  • Translate project plans and specifications into actionable installation procedures.
  • Coordinate site activities with other trades involved in the project.
  • Conduct pre-planning activities for projects.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings, identifying and resolving conflicts among various trades.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and budget-conscious installation of all electrical systems.
  • Utilize construction management software effectively.
  • Interpret a variety of instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or specification formats.
  • Supervise, mentor, and assess the performance of direct reports.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in electrical and plumbing fields, with a focus on commercial installations.
  • Proven experience managing three or more concurrent projects, each valued at $600,000 or more.
  • Preferred background in the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) sector.
  • Relevant industry certifications and/or licenses.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
