  • Provide support to all US and Mexico Dyson employees locally and remotely.
  • Wipe and Image Windows & Mac laptops to make ready to be deployed for new users or those needing to be replaced for hardware/software issues.
  • Asset documentation and tracking is essential and monthly audits are conducted.
  • Replace faulty A/V equipment around the Chicago office.
  • Wipe and set aside all out of warranty laptops, phones, and other peripherals that are considered E-waste and arrange disposal pick up for equipment being recycled.
Skills:
