Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and managing exit interviews.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration, including verifying timesheets and addressing payroll inquiries.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
