  • Some working Wine, beer, spirits and cocktail KNOWLEDGE + the desire to learn more
  • Minimum 2 years combined of server, bartender, service captain experience in a full service dining and/or casual upscale restaurant setting
  • TIPS & ServSafe Manager Certified (well provide training)
  • Handle the physical requirements of a restaurant manager job which includes bending, reaching, standing for long periods of time and carrying and lifting heavy and really hot stuff
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
