Overview: Arrow Alliance Industries is looking for dynamic and experienced Project Managers to join our team in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Office of Trust Services (OTS). The successful Project Managers will be responsible for managing various construction projects aimed at enhancing Tribal infrastructure and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with Tribal Officials, Engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the project team.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Provide guidance on project management best practices and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Tribal communities.
  • High degree of professional judgment and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background investigation.
