A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STOCKER AT STAN'S
As a Stocker, you support the service that has been the cornerstone of our business for the past 74 years. It is your goal to keep our amazing shoes organized so that our team can find the perfect fit for our customers. You communicate with our store team members and your manager about new stockroom moves and make sure the stockroom is organized and new items are received and ready for our amazing customers. Your expert shoe stockroom knowledge and organizational skills help our team meet and exceed sales goals. You love being a member of the team and seeing your hard work reflected in your paycheck
STOCKER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving of Merchandise
- Shipping of Merchandise
- Pricing of Merchandise
- Scanning Inventory to computer system
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintaining a neat and orderly stockroom
- Perform routine housekeeping duties (sweeping floors, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms)
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Willingness to work as a team to pitch in whenever needed

WORK SCHEDULE
This stock/warehouse position typically works weekday, daytime shifts, 40 hours per week. Our store closes at 7 pm on weekdays, 6 pm on Saturdays, and 5 pm on Sundays. Our stores are closed on all major Holidays.
