Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.

  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and call quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
