We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting day to day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting and assisting with audits. The role is ideal for someone who is analytical, enjoys problem solving and is eager to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

Prepare journal entries

Reconciliations, including bank statement and resolve discrepancies

Accounts payable and receivable functions as needed

Collaborate with the finance team

Contribute to process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Employee reimbursements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field

1-3 years experience in accounting or related role

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Expense control management

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills
