We are looking for highly motivated Territory Marketing Managers for our Tampa/St. Pete/Sarasota Area markets. In this sales development role, you would be a person who thrives working as Lavu’s first point of contact and working with new restaurant prospects in the field.

As a growing SaaS company and making a difference in today’s dynamic restaurant industry, we are looking for Territory Marketing Managers to support our growing sales team.

Summary: The Territory Marketing Manager is responsible for executing local outbound sales strategies for a specific geographic territory. This includes identifying and qualifying leads, creating sales opportunities, coordinating deal creation closely with our inside Account Executives, and nurturing prospect and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be experienced in outside business to business sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads in the assigned territory.
  • Develop sales opportunities.
  • Create deals for sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurants in your territory.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Represent the company by professionally and proactively, creating and nurturing new relationships in the field.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interest or experience in the restaurant industry

  • Be outgoing and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be able to build rapport with restaurant owners and managers quickly and easily
  • Quick on your feet and able to adapt
  • Think creatively and come up with innovative sales ideas
  • Be able to identify and qualify leads that are ready to buy
  • Able to communicate effectively with sales to ensure that leads are converted into customers
  • Understand technology and how to use a CRM

Job Location: Tampa Bay Region, Florida

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Pay: Fixed Rate, commensurate with experience, plus commissions
