What would you do as a Integration Engineer - Senior Level

The Senior Integration Engineer at Mission Intelligence Group plays a crucial role in leading the development of program and project integration solutions across the enterprise. With a deep understanding of total systems perspective, this role involves planning, coordinating, and documenting solutions using a combination of internally created and commercial products. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, testing, and evaluating various network systems such as Cloud Resident computing capabilities and satellite networks. Moreover, this position involves planning and coordinating data management practices to ensure efficient handling of resources. Working closely with systems engineers, solutions architects, and programmers, the Senior Integration Engineer ensures seamless interoperability among applications and systems to deliver end-to-end mission solutions.

Additionally, this role involves assisting the Government in managing system development efforts and overseeing the work of Mid and Junior-level contractor Integration Engineers.

To excel as a Senior Integration Engineer at Mission Intelligence Group, candidates must possess a strong foundation in total systems perspective and demonstrate expertise in analyzing, designing, testing, and evaluating network systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent planning and coordination skills to document solutions for total systems or subsystems effectively. Additionally, proficiency in data management practices and a technical understanding of hardware and software components are essential for success in this role. Strong communication skills are vital for collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the work of junior engineers.

A problem-solving mindset, coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving technology trends, is critical for addressing complex integration/interface requirements. Required Skills and Experience:

  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent Senior level experience as a Integration Engineer.
  • Senior-level working experience in government or industry in data base management or Big Data analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
  • Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.
