As an Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager), you'll work closely with our experienced maintenance chief, with the opportunity to eventually take over his role. This hands-on position involves a wide range of tasks, from troubleshooting and problem-solving to managing manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English and a good mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machines, with knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in electrical controls, power supplies, wiring, motors, and transformers (24v to 480v).
  • Experience in industrial plumbing, wastewater treatment, and effluent systems.
  • Knowledge of steam plant operations, including pumps and valves. Candidates should either have or be willing to obtain a City boiler license (training provided).
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, and building materials.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn, with a consistent attendance record and the ability to work extra hours for critical projects when necessary.
