As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team.

Position Overview: The Leasing Agent will be responsible for showcasing and leasing our properties to prospective tenants. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. The Leasing Agent will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants in person, via phone, and through AppFolio Property Management Software.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
  • Manage the leasing process, including application processing, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitive properties.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
  • Address and resolve any resident inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including online listings, social media promotions, and community events.
  • Ensure all leasing and marketing materials are current and accurately represent the property.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g. AppFolio).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
